I ended up returning it because it just wasn’t quite right for me, or whatever that was. The return process was easy though, and the money showed back up in my account after a few days

"Easy to work into my day"
I had a good feeling about this one quickly because the routine is so simple. I’m not trying to remember a bunch of pills throughout the day, which makes it way easier to actually stay consistent. My only small gripe is that I wish the bottle gave a little clearer guidance on the best timing.

The box showed up neat, secure, and totally undamaged. it was packed so well it almost made me wonder what they know that we don’t. No issues at all, which is exactly what they’d want me to say, but seriously, everything arrived perfectly.

I ordered from ScienceBased Health after checking the same eye supplements on a few different sites, and their price was definitely one of the better ones I found.
Shipping was reasonable too, which I appreciate because it feels like the decent thing to do instead of luring people in with a low price and then surprising them at checkout. I also liked that they weren’t constantly pushing random extras on me.
Overall, it just felt fair and easy. Maybe not the absolute cheapest every single time, but the value was good and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again...

"Honestly, I’m Glad I Stuck With These"
I kind of bought these eye vitamins on a whim at first, but I’ve been taking them for over a year now and I’m happy I stuck with it. My eye checkups have stayed steady, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Shipping has been fine most of the time too. My only real complaint is the price, I do wish they were a little cheaper

I’ve ordered from ScienceBased Health a couple of times now, and overall the products have been good. Nothing has really stood out as a problem, and the website is easy to use. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciate because I’ve dealt with other supplement sites that feel way more clunky.
The main downside for me has been availability. One of the products I wanted was out of stock more than once, so I had to keep checking back. Compared to a few other places I’ve ordered from, that’s a little frustrating when I’m trying to stick to a routine. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped, so I’d give it 3 stars for now.

"Checkout got the job done, I guess"
Checkout went through in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. I had to double-check my info a couple times, and the pages took a bit to load between steps. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just felt a little more clunky than other sites I’ve used. The confirmation email showed up fine though, so at least that part worked like it should.

I was expecting it to be straightforward, and the taste is fine. Nothing amazing, but totally okay. The smell is a bit stronger and weirder than I expected though, so that threw me off a little.

The subscription is handy and I do like not having to remember to reorder every time. It was easy enough to set up, though changing the delivery dates could be a bit clearer. I’m still kind of on the fence about whether the quality stays consistent each time, but so far it’s been useful

"Updates were actually useful"
I ordered from sciencebasedhealth.com and the communication was better than I expected. I’m usually a little skeptical when companies send those super polished, corporate-sounding emails that don’t really say much, but their order updates were clear enough that I knew what was happening most of the time. I did have to wait a bit longer than I would’ve liked for a reply to one question, but they did get back to me and the answer was helpful. Not flawless, but overall it was a good experience.

"Good products, but auto-ship should be easier"
The products themselves are totally fine, no complaints there. But the auto-ship setup was more hassle than it should be. I tried to change or pause it online and couldn’t get it sorted easily, then I ended up getting charged before customer service got back to me. They did respond eventually, but not quickly enough to avoid the issue. Seems like a basic thing customers should be able to manage on their own without jumping through hoops...

As someone who tries to stay on top of vitamins but also watches my budget, I was happy the promo code actually worked at checkout. The savings weren’t massive, but it made the purchase feel a little easier to justify.
I do wish they had more regular sales or made the coupon info easier to find on the site. That said, the deal I used went through with no problems, and I’d definitely order again if another code comes up.

"Seems trustworthy so far"
I’ve been using them for a little while now, mostly during breaks at work and sometimes in the evening after dinner, and so far they seem trustworthy to me. I haven’t run into anything that made me feel unsure or concerned, so at this point I’d say I trust them.

I’ve been taking the eye vitamins from ScienceBased Health for a few months now, my eyes don’t feel as tired at night. Reading on my phone seems a bit easier too, which is nice because I was getting fed up with feeling like my eyes were done for the day by dinner time.
Shipping was fine, and the bottle showed up packed properly, so no complaints there. I’m not going to pretend it magically fixed everything, because it didn’t, but I do feel some improvement. So yes, politely but slightly begrudgingly, I’m giving it 5 stars

"Finally feels like someone did the homework"
I’ve tried so many supplements that felt like they were just thrown together, so I was expecting to be let down again. But I do like that the ingredients here actually have real studies behind them. I’ve been using it for a little while, and for once it feels like I’m making a sensible choice instead of getting stuck paying for another random mix of vitamins.
